Three unemployed teachers in their 30s are prepared to sleep with education department officials, principals, their deputies and heads of department to secure teaching posts at schools.
These fully qualified teachers are among a group of 56 that has been staging a sit-in outside the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education's head office in Pietermaritzburg since 20 May, demanding teaching positions.
All three graduated with Bachelor of Education degrees – two from the University of South Africa (Unisa) and one from the Durban University of Technology (DUT).
