ANN ARBOR, MI – An Ann Arbor Public Schools kindergarten teacher alleges in a lawsuit that her school’s principal stole her bernedoodle Gracie after two years of failures to introduce the animal as the school’s therapy dog.
Wines Elementary School teacher Alexandria Fata filed the lawsuit May 14 in Washtenaw County Circuit Court, seeking the return of her “stolen property and beloved best friend” from AAPS.
