Principal: Increase in Fights At Framingham High - framinghamsource.com

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham High School has “seen an increase in physical altercations,” said Principal Carolyn Banach in a message this morning.

Last week, there were multiple fights at Framingham High, where police were called to the school. And one fight a juvenile was arrested on an assault charge.

“School safety is our top priority,” said the Principal.

“We will hold any student who fights or engages in a physical altercation accountable and will issue the maximum consequences allowed up to and including long term suspension, permanent exclusion from school, and charges by the Framingham Police Department,” said the Principal.

“Fighting or physical aggression has no place in our school. Fear has no place in our school. We all deserve the opportunity to teach and learn in a safe and nurturing environment. We expect students to act as leaders and take ownership for fostering a safe and respectful school environment,” said Principal Banach.
