Global strategy consulting firm has announced several promotions in its Dutch team, including two Principal appointments.
Both Elisabeth Philipse and Pim Rossen have been with Kearney for nine years, and have grown the ranks to now become a Principal – the level below Partner at the privately-held global consultancy. Commenting on their latest career milestone, Remko de Bruijn, a Partner at Kearney (and a Diversity Champion according to the The Guardian) said that “their promotions is a testament of their contribution to our clients and the trust placed in them by the partnership.”
Philipse is a member of Kearney’s Global Consumer & Retail practice. She specialises in helping clients with growth strategy, M&A, procurement, organisational design, revenue management, and digital transformation, with a focus on companies in the food & beverage, personal health, beauty, hygiëne and online retail segments.
Earlier in her career, she spent over two years working from Kearney’s office in New York.
Rossen is part of the firm’s Strategic Operations practice, with a focus on high tech, energy and manufacturing industries. He joined the firm in the summer of 2012 having previously met Kearney during its Strategy Challenge recruitment event, and has since specialised in topics including strategic transformations, supply chain management, procurement and pperations improvement.
Meanwhile, Kearney’s Amsterdam office also promoted ten members from Senior Business Analyst to Manager, and another group of Business Analysts (the entry level at the consultancy) to Senior Business Analyst.
In the Netherlands, Kearney has a team of 80 partners and consultants. The firm has been active in Holland since 1980.
